Strength + Mobility to Prevent Injuries
“Before I began working with Chelsea, I believed my knee and back problems were just my new way of life; I'd accepted that I couldn't run anymore. But when these issues threatened to end my hiking hobby and began to impair my general mobility, I found Chelsea. I was so impressed by her thoroughness and saw huge improvements after just one week. Now I can do things that would've been impossible before working with her. I have a plan to get back into running, and I've just returned from hiking in Patagonia. I couldn't believe how great I felt after long days of hiking in the mountains, and it's all because of Chelsea!”
I help runners and hikers struggling with the frustration of injury and pain restore their physical health, return to an active lifestyle and learn the skills to stay healthy long-term. Nothing beats going for a long run or hike in the woods to destress from the day and connect to yourself. I believe your workouts are an amazing expression of who you are. It’s my pleasure to help you stay connected to them. Read More

She is incredibly easy to talk to and I always feel heard. If you are looking for help, look no further. Call Chelsea!.”

“As a lifelong competitive athlete and active outdoors woman, I am no stranger to injury and knew my body to be quite resilient. Then, I suffered a injury which left me feeling scared and hopeless about whether or not I would be able to enjoy an active life without fear again.
Through our work together, Chelsea not only helped me heal and regain strength, but she supported me in rebuilding trust with my body. She is both impressive in her capabilities and knowledge as a PT and coach, and deeply invested in her clients' wellbeing and joy. If you’re concerned that chronic pain and fear are going to keep you down and out of an active life worth living, call this woman. She will change your life like she changed mine!”
“I have worked with a PT in person for years and didn’t have the results I had with Chelsea after just a few weeks of virtual only PT. Couldn’t recommend her highly enough!” - Katy
“Working with Chelsea is a joy because she has been able to bring light to the root cause of the injuries that my collegiate and professional level Track & Field athletes are battling. She is a perfect complement to the training that we do on a day-to-day basis.”
