Here’s how it works
Step One: Click the link above to apply.
Step Two: Once your application is accepted, you will receive an online strength and mobility assessment to complete at home. This requires no equipment and takes about 20-30 minutes to complete.
Step Three: Dr. Chelsea will review your results from your assessment and from this, create a strength and mobility plan that’s customized to your, your body, and your goals.
Step Four: You’ll receive your custom strength and mobility plan within 1 week. Here’s what you’ll receive

I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Coach with 9 years of experience. I’ve also served as a consultant to professional sports organizations when expert guidance is needed. I’ve helped everyone from Olympians to 5K runners in their 80’s and everyone in between when they thought that pain or limitations would mean they’d have to give up the workouts they love.
